Who we are
AgentContext (agentcontext.com) is an AI consulting practice founded by Brian Morse. Questions about this policy or your information go to brian@agentcontext.com.
What we collect and why
You can read most of the site without signing in. We collect information only for the following:
- Your account, when you sign in: your name, email address and (if you use Google) your profile picture, so we know who you are and can show you the pages you have access to.
- Sign-in sessions: while you are signed in we keep a session record with the IP address and browser details (user agent) it was created from, so we can keep you signed in and spot misuse.
- Passkeys, if you add one: the public key and device details your browser gives us. The private key is never sent to us.
- Learning progress on the /learn quizzes: your scores, attempts and badges, tied to an anonymous visitor ID (see Cookies) and, once you sign in, to your account. We also record the browser details (user agent) for that visitor ID.
- Question reports: if you flag a quiz question, we receive the question, the categories you chose, your note and your browser details, so we can fix the content.
- Members-only research areas: see below.
We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the services that run the site (listed below).
Signing in with Google
If you choose to sign in with Google, we ask Google only for your basic profile: your name, email address and profile picture. We don't request, and can't get, access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.
We don't keep the access tokens Google issues at sign-in. You can remove AgentContext's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings.
You can also sign in with a one-time link emailed to you, or with a passkey, instead of Google.
Members-only research areas
Some research on this site is shared only with invited members. For those areas we keep a list of members and invitations (email address, role, and when they were added), and we log each visit by a signed-in person: who, which page, when, and whether access was granted. The people who manage an area can see its member list, visit history and recent access requests, and can send invitations by email.
Who processes your information
We use these services to run the site. Each handles only what it needs to do its job:
- Vercel hosts the site and, like any web host, processes the requests your browser makes.
- Neon hosts our database, where the account, session, progress and membership records above are stored.
- Resend delivers our emails: sign-in links and invitations.
- Googleprovides “Sign in with Google” if you use it, and serves your Google profile picture.
- Calendly handles meeting bookings. If you book a call through the scheduling window on this site, you give your details to Calendly, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- Sign-in sessions last up to 30 days; emailed sign-in links expire after 15 minutes.
- The anonymous visitor cookie lasts one year.
- Your account, learning progress, memberships and the members-area visit log are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Email brian@agentcontext.comfrom the address you use here to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can remove passkeys yourself on your account page, sign out at any time, and clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
